Make the best Mango Lassi at home with my simple tips and tricks!Mango Lassi is a popular dessert drink from the Indian subcontinent popular dessert drink and is everyone's favorite summer special. The main ingredients are mango, yogurt, milk, etc. You can choose the ingredients according to your preference.

1、What kind of mango is good for making Mango Lassi?

Generally, the first thing to do when making Mango Lassi is to choose fresh, ripe, sweet mangoes so that the Mango Lassi tastes good because fresh mangoes have a naturally strong flavor.

If you live in a country where fresh mangoes are not available, you can use frozen mangoes or mango pulp and make adjustments as per all the suggestions in my recipe.

Mango is a seasonal fruit, harvested in the summer. The mango season is short and the best naturally ripe mangoes are available between April and June. Mangoes harvested during the peak season are flavorful and sweeter. That's why Mango Lassi made from these mangoes tastes so good.

2、What if the mango is not ripe?

When making Mango Lassi, if you find that the mango is not ripe, you don't need to worry too much, in fact, you can make Mango Lassi with unripe mango, if your mango is not ripe enough, but because unripe mango is more acidic, you will need to add sugar or honey for flavoring.

To solve the problem of pulp fibers affecting the taste, try sieving the mango pulp or using a blender to break it up for a smoother drink texture.
