Common Mistakes to Avoid

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Take out a steak and thaw it naturally at room temperature. After thawing, dry the blood with kitchen paper towels.

Storage and Reheating Tips

Refrigerated storage: For uneaten steak, seal it with plastic wrap or a fresh-keeping bag. After expelling the air, put it in the refrigerator compartment at 0℃ to 4℃. It can be stored for 1 to 2 days and can better maintain the taste and flavor.

Frozen storage: If you don't plan to eat it in the short term, you can put the steak in a fresh-keeping box or sealed bag. Try to expel the air as much as possible and then put it in the freezer compartment. Set the temperature below -18℃.
