Sea salt and black pepper: Seasoning, adding a light salty taste and unique spicy flavor and aroma.
Rosemary: Adds a fresh herbal fragrance and has antioxidant effects.
Olive oil: Prevents sticking and helps with coloring. It is healthy and beneficial.
Potato: Enriches the texture and provides carbohydrates.
Mushroom: Adds umami flavor and enriches the texture.
Cherry tomato: Adds color and sourness and enriches nutrition.
Butter: Adds fragrance and texture and enhances the flavor level.
Essential Tools
Air fryer: Used for cooking steak and side dishes, making the food evenly heated, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, healthy and low-fat.
Kitchen paper towel: Wipe off the blood water of steak to ensure good marinating effect and avoid the influence of moisture on baking.
Fork: Used for turning over steak and side dishes. Clips or chopsticks can also be used.
Gloves: Wearing gloves makes it more convenient to apply oil and can evenly apply olive oil. Brushes can also be used.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
Improper selection of steak: Avoid steaks that are too thick or too thin. Thick steaks are difficult to be fully cooked and are prone to being charred on the surface while still raw inside. Thin steaks are easy to be dried out. It is recommended to choose steaks with a thickness of 1.5 to 2 centimeters.
Not drying off the moisture: There is blood water on the steak after thawing. If not dried off, moisture will be generated, affecting the crispness of the outer skin and even causing seasonings to fall off.
Insufficient or excessive marinating time: Insufficient marinating time makes it difficult to absorb flavor. Excessive marinating time makes the meat soft and mushy and too salty. Generally, 15 to 30 minutes is appropriate.
Unreasonable temperature setting: If the temperature is too high, the surface will be charred while the inside is still raw. If the temperature is too low, it will take a long time, cause moisture loss and make the meat tough.
A temperature of 180℃ to 200℃ is more appropriate. Bake each side for 6 to 10 minutes and adjust according to thickness and degree of doneness.
Not turning over in time: If not turned over in time, one side will be charred while the other side is not colored, affecting the taste and appearance. It is recommended to turn over every 3 to 5 minutes.
Frequently opening the air fryer: It will dissipate heat, prolong the time and lead to uneven heating. Operate quickly when checking.

Storage and Reheating Tips
Refrigerated storage: For uneaten steak, seal it with plastic wrap or a fresh-keeping bag. After expelling the air, put it in the refrigerator compartment at 0℃ to 4℃. It can be stored for 1 to 2 days and can better maintain the taste and flavor.
Frozen storage: If you don't plan to eat it in the short term, you can put the steak in a fresh-keeping box or sealed bag. Try to expel the air as much as possible and then put it in the freezer compartment. Set the temperature below -18℃.
Frozen storage can extend the shelf life of steak to about 3 months. However, as time goes by, the taste and tenderness of the steak will decline.
Heating with air fryer: For frozen steak, thaw and warm it in the refrigerator compartment or at room temperature first. Then preheat the air fryer to 160℃ to 180℃. Put the steak in and heat it for 3 to 5 minutes.
During this period, turn it over in time and observe the state. Adjust the time according to personal preference to achieve satisfactory heat and taste.
