- 1 scoop salt
- 1 scoop Cooking Oil
- 1 scoop Cornstarch
- 1 scoop White sugar
- Moderate Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Wash 500 grams of ribs carefully with clean water, cut into small pieces and set aside.
STEP 2
Add 5 grams of minced garlic and 5 grams of chopped onion to the ribs, then add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 1 spoon of cornstarch and 1 spoon of sugar in turn.
STEP 3
Use the kneading method to evenly coat the ribs with the seasoning, then leave them to marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 4
Place 100 grams of chopped onion in the air fryer, trying to spread it evenly.
