- 2 pieces of cinnamon
- 2 star anise
- 2 bay leaves
- 15g rock sugar
- 3/4 slices of ginger
- 3 green onions
- a little white sesame seeds

- 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cooking wine
- a little oil
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Place the pork ribs in a pot of cold water, add some ginger, green onions, and a tablespoon of cooking wine.
