- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces.

STEP 2
Add 2 slices of ginger, 1 tablespoon cooking wine,2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
