SEASONINGS
- 1 tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 packet Orleans Marinade

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Prepare the Chicken Thighs:
Clean the chicken thighs and make shallow cuts in the meat to help the marinade absorb better.

STEP 2
Marinate:
Add the green onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the chicken.
Then, add the Orleans marinade and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour to let the flavors sink in.

STEP 3
Prepare for Cooking:
Once marinated, place the chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer.
Lightly spray the chicken with cooking oil.

STEP 4
Cook:
Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 40 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
Your delicious air fryer chicken thighs are now ready!

Important Tips
Always preheat the air fryer to cook the chicken more quickly and get that crispy texture.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper to make cleaning easier.
Start cooking with the skin side down and finish with the skin side up for a crispy, golden finish.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Arrange the chicken in a single layer, and if needed, cook in batches.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked. It’s done when the internal temperature reaches 170°F (77°C).
